COMMUNITY PHARMACIST

I’m a career and life coach. In 2023, I graduated from Kingstown College Dublin with a Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring. I am passionate about enabling the client to become 'unstuck' and helping them reach their full potential.

I also work as a community pharmacist in co. Dublin.  In 2022, I took part in the IIOP (Irish Institute of Pharmacy) Mentoring Programme.

Skills

In my coaching practice, I apply the various coaching skills (f.e. listening, asking questions, present awareness) and tools (f.e. the GROW model, Wheel of Life, Value Matrix) in order to help the client get clarity on their goal and find ways of working towards them. I conduct myself according to the ICF (International Coaching Federation) code of ethics.
